HARASSMENT POLICY 

It is the policy of Sullivan & Poore, Inc. to ensure and maintain a working environment free of harassment, intimidation, and coercion at all sites and in all facilities at which our employee’s are assigned to work.  Specific attention will be given to ensure that females and minorities are provided with a work environment free of harassment, intimidation and coercion at all times. 

This policy will be rigid adhered to by personnel of Sullivan & Poore, Inc.  Any harassment, intimidation, or coercion observed by an employee should be reported immediately to your supervisor and/or to our EEO Officer at (317) 925-5341
